Areas of Service

​

• Prices listed are for homes in The Woodlands, 1488 bordering The Woodlands, Carriage Hills, Shenandoah, and Oak Ridge.  

• For Conroe, Spring, Tomball, and Magnolia,
  add $50 travel fee (Zarco Properties agents - $25 travel fee).

• For Houston, Kingwood, 1960, and beyond, call for further information.  

 

 

Cancellations

​

• $75 fee for cancellation less than 24 hours in advance.

• $50 fee for cancellation less than 48 hours in advance.

• $75 fee for return trip required by client or homeowner.

• If it's raining, photo shoot is rescheduled at no cost to client.

Turnaround Time

​

• 48 - 72 hour turnaround time for delivery of real estate images.

Photo Details

​

• A minimum of 32-40 images will be included as final images.  Larger homes will have more images.  

• All images will be high-resolution, HAR-ready, color images

• Images will be delivered to agents via Dropbox.  Other arrangements may be made.

• Agent and owner are free to use the images for all marketing and documentation purposes.

• Beverly Richards Schulz retains the right to use images as part of her marketing and portfolio.
