$75 fee for cancellation less than 24 hours in advance.

$50 fee for cancellation less than 48 hours in advance.

$75 fee for return trip required by client or homeowner.

If it's raining, photo shoot is rescheduled at no cost to client.

Twilight Photography
Twilight photos are done as the sun sets (or rises) with transitional light. All the lights in the house are turned on and photos highlight both the views through the windows as well as the exterior. Done quickly as the light changes, these are an additional fee and scheduling ahead of time is required.
